Promises & Pearls Live Blogging

The party has definitely entered an after-party mode and the DJs at BFL Productions {their website's under construction} are keeping the energy super high! We've been lucky enough to be next to them all evening and I gotta say... it's been hard not to dance while talking with people, lol. But... there's a full on dance party going on with 6 or 7 people in front of Asiel Designs!
Also... the LUCKIEST part of the night: We're right next to where the food comes out! It's the most unreal cuisine by Thomas John Events. Chocolate chorizo rolls... fried mac & cheese... prosciutto cream cheese wraps... we ate EVERYTHING that came out and wish we could just tuck Thomas John into our kitchen.

How stoked am I? The always amazing Kirsty Edwards not only swung by our spot, but brought me a present! And no... the present wasn't Andrew Weeks Photography, he was a bonus! A bunch of lucky attendees just won some raffle items: Hotel stays, dinners, and more yummies.

Ok, so I knew I loved Nouvelle Vogue's dress selection when I saw their site online, but... when I got to see the dresses being modelled here at Promises & Pearls, I knew it was the real thing. Jenny Packham and Cymbeline alone are worth a visit to their boutique. As they say... there's just something aobut European designers!

Just met a darling couple who *just* had their engagement photos done! I'm thinking a future Bride in the City... and their venue's gonna be The Brazilian Room. Love it!
6:00 pm
And... We're off! The first wide eyed brides are coming in through the entrance, Style Unveiled bags in hand, filled to the brim with goodies. There's so much in store for them!

So... It's an hour and half before the start of Promises and Pearls {the brainchild of wedding designer and coordinator MB Wedding Design & Events} and the day has been glorious already! Seriously, I can tell you first hand, this is a show you are not going to want to miss :) The Bently Reserve is in top form as the soiree comes together for its guests. There have been beautiful models running around in wedding dresses being photographed by the likes of Tinywater Photography, Scott Andrew Studio, Melinda Le, and Gustavo Fenandez.
Lovely vignettes have been created {gorgeous work by collaboraion of Asiel Design and MB Wedding Design & Events} as Modern Marie Antoinette weddings, Glam Deco, Latin Flair, and Santa Monica Chic. The brilliant components of which came from rental company, Hartmann Studios It's so inspiring to see all of the creativity live and in person!
