A Chicago Wedding Photographed by Just Love Me Photography

If you are all about the pretty bling and pink details ... this one's for you! We are obsessed with the chandelier hanging from the alter and the centerpieces are so elegant and beautiful! Check it all out below ... including an interview with Samone about why she made the decisions she did!

I just wanted something romantic and girly. I love bling and candelabras and peonies so those where my inspirations.

My florist was Town and Country Gardens. They were amazing! They did SOO much! For one they had rose petals down the aisle. A bunch of flower urns down the aisle. They put flowers in the chandelier along with around the alter. They also put more flowers in the rose garden to give it a more 'awe' look. They hung all the crystals from the trees, designed all the centerpieces along with the rental candelabras. They even put flowers out for cocktail hour. The designed all the boutonnieres and the bouquets except for mine which was a brooch bouquet that my mom made me. The flowers smelled so good and the room was just full of fragrance. The flowers were OUT OF THIS WORLD and working with Anton the owner was AMAZING! When I told him what I wanted it was like he took my vision out of my head and turned it into a reality! It was truly amazing and worth every penny! They were HUGE arrangements and he made my dreams come true! If it wasn't for their hard work my dream wedding would have never happened!

My wedding cake was made by Oak Mill Bakery. I just wanted something that had a statement to it. The cake was covered in sugar flowers that looked just like the flowers I picked for the wedding as well as edible crystals. It was a red velvet cake. They also made a small gluten free cake for me since I have food allergies. It was really good! My guests said it was one of the best wedding cakes they have ever had!

My mom met one of the photographers and told me to check them out. Once I looked at their work I knew Just Love Me Photography was what I was looking for. All their images were so beautiful and the colors just popped! They did many different and unique poses and everything was a one of a kind. They were the look I was looking for. And what made it even better was that they were two women - Jessi & Julie - who have very great personalities and were awesome to work with! And I always knew who would be taking my photos since it was just them all the time! Working with the two of them has been a blast and I will miss every minute of it! Nothing was like working with them, it was just fun and most importantly the pictures are AMAZING and I have an amazing way to look back on our special day!

I know EVERYONE says this, but don't STRESS! Just know everything will work out in the end. I made check lists for myself and every month I took care of many of my items on that list. Just take it day by day and don't overload yourself all at once. Plan it out and do it little by little if you have the time to do that. All that really matters in the end is that you get to marry your soulmate and have that one day to celebrate it so enjoy the process. And for sure on your wedding day take a few moments to reflect back and look around. It goes by so quick. When we had dinner we looked at each other and then took a look around the room to take every little bit in! ENJOY your day and don't stress about making anyone else happy!

I wanted to get married somewhere different. I didn't want a church wedding and I wanted to get married somewhere outside. When I first saw Hotel Baker of Saint Charles and saw their rose garden over looking the river I was in love! There was no turning back. It also was my mom's dream place for me to get married and I didn't understand until I saw it for the first time. One of the two rooms we used (rainbow room) had an oval shaped HUGE dance floor that lit up in any colors you wanted and they also had seating above us which allowed our guests to look down onto the dance floor. The other room had a great view of the river with windows all over the room. The hotel is just amazing and very beautiful! It is different then any other venue I looked at! Everyone was amazed by its beauty!
