Gorgeous in 2012 and Still Wanting it in 2013!

When I look back on 2012 there are so many things that happened that make me so happy!  For instance, Style Unveiled got a redesign that I believe makes this wedding blog one of the BEST to browse ... with the 'pick and click' pages filled with eye-candy!

There were also so many details and tidbits that were featured that I will never forget and continue to think about ... trends I hope will continue into 2013!  I wanted to round up some of those here as a tribute to 2012 and a look ahead at 2013.  I see the year 2013 as the year I have been waiting for!!  The year of elegant, sophisticated, and classically beautiful weddings.  I can't wait!  To view the vendor credits for each photo, simply click on the image.  There are also vendor credits listed at the bottom of this post.

One trend that came out in 2012 was the use of pearls in decor ... two features that showcased the use of pearls beautifully were the gorgeous wedding cake below and a real wedding that used pearls inside of the flower vases!  This is a trend I loved 'last year' and continue to love now.

This Modern RomanceElizabeth MessinaI really love gold right now ... and it's carrying over from 2012!  I absolutely LOVE the cake below with the gold detail ... just gorgeous!  I am hoping to see a ton of gold in 2013 :)

Odalys Mendez PhotographyWedding day hair ... if it's not timeless, you will look back at your wedding photos 30 years from now and laugh a bit at 'what you were thinking' ... that's why I absolutely loved this post I featured about wedding day hair ... 4 classic looks to adore!  While these may have been great looks in 2012, I feel they will carry into 2013, 2014, and on and on and on!  At least I hope they will ;)
