Some Gourmet S'mores Ideas for your Wedding!

Nothing says YUM quite like an ooey-gooey, melty, chocolately, and crunchy s'more ... am I right? Ever since I had my first s'more in Cannon Beach, OR I was hooked! These tempting treats are delicious anytime of year, so why not serve them at your wedding!? I first saw the idea of serving s'mores as a wedding dessert in this real wedding feature. How incredible is that fire pit!? This fire pit is by SBB Gourmet Catering ... they do an awesome job ... they even make their own marshmallows!!

We love the idea below of putting the marshmallows on sticks for the guests beforehand (perhaps a task for your amazing wedding coordinator??) ... not only for ease, but it makes for a great photo-op!

Some more s'more goodness to make your mouths water even more than they already are ...

Perhaps an open-face s'more is more your style as shown below on the right!
Are you looking to make your s'mores raise the bar? Well, we've got an answer for you ... Delysia Chocolates makes GOURMET chocolate and marshmallow options! Directly below you'll see s'mores bark! Bits of handmade marshmallows and gourmet graham crackers blended with milk chocolate. OMG yum.

But why stop at s'mores bark when you can choose different types of marshmallows to melt!? Perhaps a vanilla or a champagne flavored marshmallow is more what you're looking for? Well, they've got 'em.

Looking for a great favor idea? How about s'mores truffles!? The ones shown below are handmade by Delysia. They have bits of graham crackers and marshmallows folded into a milk chocolate ganache and enrobed in a milk chocolate shell. I am sold!

Those chocolates are cute and yummy-looking too.
You get hungry just looking at these!
As if I needed another reason to get tempted to break my diet. Maybe reading the yummy section of wedding blogs isn't such a good idea for me (but don't stop posting these!)
